Open the zipper along the underside of the bed.

Take out the foam and bolster inserts before washing.

Wash
Machine wash the outer cover cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry or tumble dry low.
Do not machine wash the foam insert. Close the zipper before washing. Follow the care label supplied with the product if it differs from these general instructions.

Is CloudNest an orthopedic dog bed?
CloudNest uses a supportive memory foam base designed to cushion the body and help distribute pressure more evenly. We describe it as supportive rather than making a medical or therapeutic claim.
Is the entire bed waterproof?
The removable outer cover is not waterproof. A waterproof inner liner sits beneath it to help protect the foam core from everyday moisture and accidents.
What part of the bed is machine washable?
The removable outer cover can be machine washed. Remove the foam and bolster inserts first, close the zipper and follow the care label included with the product.
How long does the bed take to expand after opening?
The bed may arrive compressed. Gently reshape it and allow approximately 24–72 hours for the foam and bolsters to regain their intended form.
Which size should I choose?
Medium measures approximately 29.5 × 19.7 × 6.7 inches and is recommended for dogs up to about 35 lb. Extra Large measures approximately 41.5 × 29.5 × 8.3 inches and is recommended for dogs up to about 95 lb. Measure your dog while resting and allow extra room for stretching or curling up.
