This website is operated by PurrPaws. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “PurrPaws,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PurrPaws.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, services, features, and related content (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced within them.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services or place an order through our store.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Store

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, photography, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, or product updates.

Products and product variants may be available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or limit the availability of a product at any time.

Where sizing information is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size guide and selecting the size they believe is appropriate before placing an order.

Pet products should be used appropriately and in accordance with any product instructions provided. Pet owners should regularly inspect products for wear or damage and discontinue use when a product is no longer safe or suitable for its intended purpose.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any amount charged for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to normal payment-provider processing times.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact, billing, payment, and shipping information when placing an order.

4. Prices, Payment and Taxes

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of clear errors or inaccuracies.

Payment must be successfully authorized or completed using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.

Applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or other government-imposed fees may depend on the customer's location and applicable law. For international orders, additional import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply and, unless otherwise stated, are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, shipping, tracking, international delivery, split shipments, customs, delays, and related shipping matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, holiday volumes, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery times.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping address before completing an order. Please contact us as quickly as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged or incorrect items, refund eligibility, return shipping, made-to-order apparel, and other return-related matters are governed by our Refund Policy.

Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing, particularly when ordering made-to-order apparel or selecting a product size.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

7. Order Tracking and Fulfillment

Products may be fulfilled from different locations or fulfillment partners. Items purchased in the same order may therefore be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

When tracking is available, tracking information will generally be provided using the contact information supplied with the order. Carrier tracking systems may require additional time to display their first update after a shipment has been dispatched.

You may have opportunities to submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, feedback, or other content to PurrPaws.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit is accurate where it purports to state facts, does not violate applicable law, does not infringe the rights of another person, and does not contain malicious code, unlawful material, or misleading representations.

Where you voluntarily submit content for publication, you grant PurrPaws a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content for purposes connected with operating and promoting PurrPaws, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.

Unless otherwise stated, the PurrPaws name, branding, website design, original photography, graphics, written content, product presentation, and other original materials appearing through the Services are owned by or licensed to PurrPaws and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, commercially exploit, distribute, or use protected PurrPaws content without permission except where permitted by applicable law.

13. Errors and Corrections

Occasionally, information on the website may contain an error or omission relating to a product description, image, price, promotion, availability, shipping information, or other store information.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and, where necessary, cancel or adjust an affected order. If a correction materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, nor does anything in these Terms remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses reasonably incurred by PurrPaws as a direct result of your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure by PurrPaws to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it in the future.
