Returns & Refunds
We offer different return policies depending on the type of product. Please review the sections below before making a purchase.
Pet Products (Beds, Toys, Accessories)
This policy applies to all non-apparel items.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If returning the product is not a suitable option, please contact us. In certain cases, we may offer an alternative resolution at our discretion.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your current item (if eligible), then place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, etc.)
All apparel items are made to order specifically for each customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each apparel item is created specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
• Color selection changes
• Change-of-mind purchases
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
We’ll gladly review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
Sizing
Please review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
