Shipping Information

At PurrPaws, we work to get every order prepared and on its way as quickly as possible. Because our standard pet products and made-to-order apparel are fulfilled differently, processing and delivery timelines may vary by item.

Standard PurrPaws Products

Most non-apparel orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Tracking information is generally available within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Most pet-product orders arrive within approximately 5–9 business days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, customs, and other circumstances outside our control.

Standard shipping is free on eligible PurrPaws pet products.

PurrPaws Apparel

PurrPaws apparel is made to order specifically for each customer, so it requires additional production time before shipping.

Apparel shipping is C$7.95 for one tee. Free shipping when you add a second tee.

The free standard apparel-shipping rate is applied automatically when two or more eligible tees are included in the same order.

Tracking information for apparel orders is generally available within 3–5 business days after purchase, but may take up to approximately one week during higher-volume periods.

Most apparel orders arrive within approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on production volume, destination, and carrier conditions.

Apparel shipping is currently not available to Australia.

Optional expedited or express shipping, where available at checkout, may have an additional charge.

Orders With Multiple Products

Products may be fulfilled from different locations or fulfillment partners. As a result, items from the same order may:

  • Ship separately
  • Arrive at different times
  • Have separate tracking numbers

You will not be charged an additional shipping fee simply because items from the same order are shipped separately.

Any applicable apparel shipping charge is based on the apparel shipping terms above.

If a mixed order contains exactly one eligible PurrPaws tee, apparel shipping is C$7.95. Adding a second eligible tee makes the apparel portion of the order qualify for free standard shipping. Eligible pet products keep their own free standard shipping where applicable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Please allow a little time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

If you cannot locate your tracking email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.

Shipping Address Changes

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.

PurrPaws cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Customs processing
  • Holiday shipping volumes
  • High production volumes
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Other circumstances outside our control

We appreciate your patience if your package experiences an unexpected delay.

If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, your package appears to be delayed, or you have another shipping question, please contact us and include your order number.
