Track Your PurrPaws Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Tracking information for most PurrPaws products is generally available within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Because PurrPaws apparel is made specifically for each customer, apparel tracking information generally becomes available within 3–5 business days after purchase.

Please note that tracking updates can sometimes take a little additional time to appear after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

Haven’t received your tracking email?

Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as shipping notifications can occasionally be filtered there.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages when products are fulfilled from different locations. In that case, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

If you still cannot locate your tracking information after the expected timeframe, please contact us and include your order number so our team can assist you.
